- Download ECINET app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store only
- Open the app โ you will see the ECINET home screen
- Tap the profile icon (top left) to open Officer Login
- Tap "Officers Login" button
- On the next screen, select "Conduct of Election (COE)"
- Then tap the NEXT button

- A list of modules appears
- Select "Presiding Officer (PRO)"
- Tap NEXT to continue

โ Before You Login โ Checklist
- Your mobile number is registered with RO
- Your SIM has valid recharge (if prepaid)
- Mobile data or SMS pack is active
- Android 8.0+ or iOS 15.6+ on your phone

๐ How to Mark Arrival
- Once you reach the polling station, open the app
- On the Dashboard, tap "Polling Party Status" (yellow/pending)
- A popup asks: "Have you arrived at the polling station?"
- Tap "Yes, I have arrived"
- You will see โ Poll Party status updated successfully!
- The status now turns Green (Completed)
โ ๏ธ Do this on P-1 day (day before election) when you arrive at the station.

This sends your GPS location to the election office, confirming your team has reached safely.

๐ณ๏ธ What is Mock Poll?
- Mock Poll is a test voting done before the real election starts
- Done to check the EVM machine is working correctly
- Polling agents are present during this test
๐ฒ How to Start Mock Poll
- This can only be done after 5:30 AM on Poll Day
- Tap "Mock Poll" from the dashboard
- A popup asks: "Has the mock poll started?"
- Tap "Yes, Mock Poll Started"
- App will show โ Mock Poll started successfully!
- Now go to Part 2 to complete it
โ ๏ธ Mock Poll button is locked before 5:30 AM on Poll Day. Do not try to tap it before that.

Enter polling agent count and confirm mock poll completion

- After mock poll is done, enter Number of Polling Agents present (from dropdown)
- Tap "Yes" under "Mock Poll Completed?"
- A confirmation popup appears โ "Are you sure? Confirm Mock Poll"
- Tap "Confirm"
- App shows โ Mock Poll status updated successfully!
- Status turns Green (Completed) on dashboard
๐ฅ Polling Agents
- Count the number of agents who were present during mock poll
- Select the correct number from the dropdown (0, 1, 2, 3...)
- This number is officially recorded

After confirming, you cannot undo Mock Poll status. Make sure the poll is actually complete before tapping Confirm.

- After Mock Poll is complete, tap "Start Poll" on the dashboard
- A popup asks: "Has the poll started?"
- When voting begins officially, tap "Yes, poll started"
- App shows โ Poll start status updated successfully!
- The "Start Poll" item turns Green on dashboard
- Now "Polling Trends" becomes active
๐ When to Do This
- Voting usually starts at 7:00 AM
- Mark "Start Poll" only when actual voting begins
- Do not mark it before voters are allowed in

Polling Trends (voter turnout) entry will only be available after you mark Poll as Started.

Enter voter turnout count every 2 hours throughout the day

๐ How to Submit Polling Trends
- After poll starts, tap "Polling Trends" (Voter Turnout) on dashboard
- You will see time slots like 7AMโ9AM, 7AMโ11AM, 7AMโ1PM, 7AMโ3PM, 7AMโ5PM
- Enter the total number of EVM votes cast up to that time
- Tap SUBMIT for each slot
โ ๏ธ Important Rules
- Data entry starts from 9:00 AM
- Each slot must be submitted before 20 minutes after the slot (e.g., 9AM slot before 9:20 AM)
- Each slot's number must be more than the previous slot (votes only increase)
- If you miss a slot, it shows MISSED in red

You can edit/update data as many times as needed within the time window for each slot.

- Available after 5:30 PM (or 3:30 PM for special polling stations)
- Tap "Close of Poll" on dashboard
- Enter Total votes in EVM, Male, Female, Third Gender counts
- Also enter EDC, Tendered Votes, Test Votes if any
- Verify: Male + Female + TG + Test Votes = Total EVM votes
- Tap SUBMIT
โ๏ธ Corrections Allowed
- You can edit multiple times between 5:30 PM and 12:00 midnight
- No edits allowed after midnight
- After midnight, data is read-only

This data is CRITICAL. It must exactly match your physical Form 17C. An Index Card is generated from this data for counting day.
